Job Description


Telephone Connection: 1. Supervise in preparation of Purchase Order
check validity of data provided, Ensure Procurement of New Telephone Connections is as per SOP.
2.Approve Deactivation and Re-activation of Mobile connectivity and ensure it is completed within the specified Time Frame, also verify De-activation is done by verifying future Bills3.Timely Payment of Monthly bills, after scrutiny with Chaitanya Contact Master Sheet, ensure there is no excess payment to de-activated or extra numbers and also ensure numbers are not deactivated for late payment.Negotiation AND Procurement Identification of Vendors, obtaining quotation, scrutiny, Quality Check, Negotiation,
Vendor Approval, verify PO, ensure GST compliance, Advance Payment, Invoice and
final payment Printing Quarterly Printing requirements are consolidated, obtain rates, compare with rate contract,
obtain Print sample, print order, arrange to dispatch to respective places of delivery.
2. Coordinate for printing letterhead, Business cards, pamphlets, posters as the requirement arises.
3. Assist in Translation of Documents.Travel & Lodging1. Ensure Booking of Air travel tickets to staff, it should be done on time
2. Ensure lodging arrangements is made to visiting staff/guests Monitor the admin staff and follow up with them to achieve the work comfortably Monitor the works of printing, office maintenance, and what are the requirements will come with the head office people and as well as field Monitor the staff and establishment and rent agreement status continuously every year Renewal of Rental Agreements by MIS Tracking 1. Having Con call Statewide on alternate days, set work expectations
