Roles and Responsibilities

  • Accomplishes information technology results by communicating expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising results; coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies and procedures.
  • Maintains organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies.
  • Directs technological research by studying organization goals, strategies, practices and projects.
  • Completes projects by coordinating resources and timetables with user departments
  • Verifies application results by conducting system audits of technologies implemented.
  • Preserves assets by implementing disaster recovery and back-up procedures and information security and control structures.
  • Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements.
  • Accomplishes financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective action.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience: Min 4-9 Years

  • Technical Graduate/MBA
  • PMP Certified/Prince Practitioner
  • Education : Any Graduate/Post Graduate  

Soft Competencies:

  • Must be a leader and have managed team size of 10 members
  • Strong in written, oral communication; interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Must have good knowledge of Banking domain (Lending solution)
  • Must have experience in Agile methodology and Project Management practices

Technical must have:

  • JavaScript’s, Java/J2EE. Hands on experience on SQL. Good understanding of DBMS
  • Strong implementation knowledge of Cloud based services (AWS preferred)
    Experience in WAR files and patch deployment at App; and script execution at DB server
  • Proven knowledge on environment & release management with version control
  • Expertise in application support activities
