Roles and Responsibilities
The Regional Manager is the business leader of his division, with a scope of approximately 30-35 branches and a portfolio of approximately 250-300 crore and responsible for operation activities within his division, including identifying the potential areas/districts for setting up branches and developing strong client base, meeting the business targets, ensuring process adherence, Complying Audit, managing risks of the loan portfolio, recruitment and training of staffs and managing the cross functional departmental team. The position requires a dynamic and self-motivated individual with an understanding of rural socio-economic factors, people management in rural areas and general management principles. The job will require the person to be stationed in a district and travel extensively in rural areas in the adjacent 6-7 districts.

Education: Graduation/Post Graduation/MSW/MBA
Experience: Minimum 5-9 years of experience in Rural financial services, preferably Microfinance.
DM should be good in people management, cross functional team management, result orientation, process orientation, risk management, and business delivery.
