Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Manage day to day functioning of office operations.
  2. Ensure smooth functioning of office equipment and infrastructure.
  3. Answer inbound and outbound calls.
  4. Manage incoming and outgoing couriers and packages.
  5. Ensuring office readiness for executive meetings and interviews.
  6. Office stationary management.
  7. General Upkeep of office premises.
  8. Manage any AD hoc office activities.

2)Experience : 1 + years in Admin/Office Administration
3)Should be good in communication
4)Must be good in people management skills
