Job Description

Job responsibilities:

  • The role involves the below responsibilities, but not limited to,
  • Maintain good rapport with the Business Functions, vendor and other external parties. Should have good negotiation skills
  • Manage the software and tools required for the regular operations of work and involved in product specification, quality and cost involved in.
  • Getting the things done by external parties, example project completion using the sources as and when required
  • Able to find RCA about IT issues within a short time span. Having a good tempo in stress situations, good articulate about the issues for the team
  • Good IQ to understand the issues and find a solution to the problem
  • Lead the team with example and support the team at any point of time in emergencies
  • Good task manager and can achieve the work completions without any delay
  • Can work on the TAT items without any delay
  • Can build a good rapport with the Division, Branches and at HO (internal stakeholders)Roles and Responsibilities
Minimum requirements:

  • Experience in Customer support, conflict handling
  • Experience in Testing (Manual or Automated)
  • Able to quickly communicate IT-related updated in understandable way across locations and levels within an organization

Qualification and experience:

  • 2 to 3 years of experience
  • Graduation mandatory
  • Certification from Agile / Scrum / Six sigma would be an advantage
  • NBFC-MFI/ BFSI sector experience would be an advantage
  • Language knowledge: English, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada (Not mandatory)
