Roles and Responsibilities

Oversee all day to day administration of the business.

Review and improve administrative systems, policies, and procedures.

Directors, books hotels, flights and will be handling complete travel management.

Preparing reports on Procurements, manage Vendors, and clearing payments on time.

initial Infrastructure issues at the workplace with related to Computers, access cards and others. Manage our working space and deal with the service provider as their main POC.

Desired Candidate Profile

1.Experience - 5-10 years

2. Languages to speak - Kannada, English, Hindi, Tamil

3. Should be strong in communication.

4. Education: Any Degree

5. Should be able to co-ordinate with the field Admin and other Staff

6. Should know Excel Skills for regular operations

7. Should be ready to travel
